About Hotel Astoria Vienna

When it opened in 1912, Hotel Astoria Vienna set new standards in service and design. Modelled after the Waldorf Astoria in New York, it was considered the most modern hotel in Vienna at the time. The luxurious hotel welcomed aristocrats, diplomats, and opera and film stars.

In 2024, the hotel underwent a thorough renovation and revitalisation, preserving its historic Art Deco elements while breathing new life into the landmark building. Now reopened, the hotel seamlessly blends the grandeur of imperial Vienna with the vibrant energy of the modern city, offering a timeless fusion of elegance, charm, and Viennese flair.
