The cuisine, which has been awarded a MICHELIN star and three Gault&Millau toques, and the wine cellar with over 30,000 bottles of exquisite wines, ensure culinary delights at the highest level. As part of the gourmet half-board, you can enjoy a 5-star breakfast buffet and an exquisite 5-course menu in the evening. The Central is also home to the renowned and award-winning à la carte restaurant "Ötztaler Stube" and three top locations on the mountain belong to the hotel: the 2-toque restaurant ice Q at 3,048 m right next to the James Bond adventure world 007 ELEMENTS, the restaurant FALCON with the latest food trends at the Gaislachkogl middle station and the traditional restaurant "Wirtshaus am Giggijoch".
